The sleeping Snake

The dullness of time is covering me .the cold wind of winter freezes my blood running in the veins Here I stay still and lie helpless in this cold land. I was compelled by my destiny to crawl in this foreign land .i got no known friends and no known enemy too . I have heard that this land is cannibal and the land itself feeds the new comers and I am new . Howling of the wind too tries to scare me but me committed to my destiny. But still cannot fight with this cold breeze freezing my nerves. Here I stay paralyzed and I am a sleeping snake. A couple of days before I smell the pleasing perfume several meters away . I felt like I was in the heaven among the beautiful flowers tickling my belly. I noticed that the heaven was coming nearer and nearer gradually. After some energetic minutes, my eyes told me that it was nothing except then a mice. I get happy to see my food coming toward me. I had waited a long to get a single ounce of food and now the waiting hours was over , I thought .the mice was getting closer and closer along with it my breathe become  deeper and deeper. A peculiar power was filling in my veins. It was very near and I thought it was an appropriate time to attack it but I couldn’t. My body didn’t move, there was no energy in my muscles. What I had in previous seconds was a false energy, a false hope limited in my thoughts. I was helpless and the mice proved its superiority by walking over my tail. I have heard that “A day comes for everyone. ” and my day  hasn’t come yet. That day surrendered with the mice and it was his day. I again sleep and sleep as I am a sleeping snake. The time will come to my place; the sun’s holiday will be soon over. Then this ice age would break and end then my sleep will be over. I will soon be active. I will soon get a chance to crawl in the marathon. I will crawl from this land to my home land and I will be free from the terror of the cannibal land. Everything will be fine and everything will move in their own pace. I will no longer be a dying snake, I will no longer be a sleeping snake and no more sleeping snake.
