Strangers World: Grandfather In Bed

Looks Like I am Hallucinating
Am I a real one?
Laying alone in my room
And does my time carries on
My eyes open in strange Place
Get visited by Strange ones
Ask me some silly question
And wait for my answer to run
I have no feelings of need to eat
I could no longer feel thirst
I dont remember any pain that hit me
I could no longer stand up
Strangers ask me of hunger
They recall me about thirst
They force me to take food
And compel me to drink water
The Strange bed I sleep in
the strange dress I wear
Strangers are filled in my timeframe
And a strange life l live by.

Response To Voice : Grandfather In Bed

We listen to the sound
The sound always drags us in
the body just scared and
the face filled with fear
we too confused what to be done.
the voices are light and feeble
just no any phonetic meaning
and yes complex to understand
each analyse in our own way
for sure ask a couple of queries
just to address the escaped words
but sure the words have no direct meaning
Sure do we try addressing the situation
Dont know we are ever correct
Still no way to know we are incorrect
and the voice do fade away
just till something disturbs the nap
may be its an event the nightmare
or a voice to plea for need.

Ask For Help : Grandfather In Bed

Mostly feeble voices emerges out
Sometimes a terrible scream
Like a lost soul
Or a haunting nightmare
May be the voices is heared
And it drags to the world of illusion
Horror scene played again and again
And play the dream just violent
and the fear makes full of sweat
And search for someone
or may be searching for god
the stories often comes alive
and the pain dances around the mind
Switch to a dream in a minute
Open eyes after each dream
And start asking for someone
And again confused who is that one
Days seems somewhat well
And night too hard just to spend
A minute of nap and wake up again
Someone is again asked for help

Illness: Grandfather In Bed

Illness grasped him a long time ago
lake of tears brust in my house
Mantra for illness just a power of two M
Medicine and Money
Without both means just mourning
No improvement in the status of both M
Left behind a choice of third and its meditation
Scarcity could never beat us
Responded the call with devine motive
We burnt the wicks and request the god
We filled the house with prayers
Followed by a series of fasting
And bowing in the doors of temple
Tried to wake up the lord
Half of calendar has already passed
But the prayer is still unheard
The body has now reduced to a third
Paralysis joined the body from leg
started to spread along the time span
Then the illness ceased the hand to work
Memory started fading a couple years ago
Left traces too erased away last spring before
The memory now last a dozen seconds
Appetite could no longer persist
The food is fed as solution through needle
No any sign of hunger nor any sign of pain
And Understanding the need is only a guess
Lost consciousness and lost control of body
Lost everything and everything
The only things that has grown now is all relatives Love

I Hope (Part II)

Waves of tsunami flowing
Paces of heart started growing
Hope is now waiting for the white flag
The ticking of passing time
For sure the event was preset
But the revived hope still lives
Yes the event is filled with infamy
And hope waits to be smothered
May be it’s a test for hope
My be hope gets stronger later
May be hope never gets again
Still hope smiles to get mowed down
Yea hope has never been terminated before
It got its life from the coffin
And never run out of cemetary
So it is grinning
And waiting for the scene of carnage
May be it would be transferred to its origin then.

I Hope

The event was set
I was invited
Hope was revived
And it was cold
Before it get life
                                                                              I knew the truth but
Excited to joined the list
Hoping for the life
After the slaughter
Yes I do hope
From the carcass
I believed in life
So I joined the night.
But dead could never return
I still waiting for miracle
To see that thing rise.
And see it come alive.
But will it get a life ?

IN DEATH BED

I live in the place where
Meditation compensates the boundary of money
Prayers competes with the modern medicines.
Yea this is life to live in the border and
See the clash between life and death.
We the supporters of life
Cheer and motivates to fight.

No worries that I could never see a good doctor
Nor a pain for being ruled by liars.
My well-wishers surround me at the last
My sound will rest in their heart.
Just don’t care where I take my last breathe?
Still happy that my deathbed is not golden bed
Nor any hospital bed.
No machines are tied to me
Not a single sour pills to take
No one piercing my skin with needles
And no restrictions in food to take

I can sleep with the peaceful mind
Surrounded by well-wishers waiting to cry.
Surrounded by well-wishers waiting to cry.

Education " Just Been a Blunt Tool To Beg Food "

“Education is a process of getting university degree for earning bucket of money”. There is an old Nepalese saying “Biddya bhaneko magi khane bhado ho” i.e education is a tool to beg food. This thinking has deeply rooted in whole Nepalese society. From before 500 years ago brahmans used to learn Sanskrit language to become priest so that the followers would give them food and money after performing some sacred rituals .They used to go to ashram (School in old time) where they learn language and remember every lines of religious book mostly without knowing the actual meaning in it. And at present day too, education has more or less taken the same shape.
Lots of private educational institutions have been established in most of towns and cities which are always focused on getting marks in examination rather then any practical knowledge. In the other hand government too is busy in producing  ( like in factories) literate people so that the literacy rate of the country would increase which helps to gain support in donor agencies as rise in the literacy rate seems a positive change from surface outlook.
As I mentioned above the education system in Nepal is focused in theory only and students generally face problems to meet the demand of the market. The education has never been practical oriented .Except in some courses eg MBBS,BBA most of other courses there is no compulsion of internship. Doing a intern is a new culture in Nepal. Even the technical course like engineering has been flooded with theoretical class but practical and laboratory class are few. As a result even the unemployment rate of technical graduates is high.
Especially the government lacks in planning for the future manpower required for the country as a result some field has extremely high no of graduate holders where as some field has no expertise and such manpower is needed to be imported from foreign country. Also the governmental colleges are centered in cities and technical college in main cities only so rural people has less excess to technical education. Lack of required number of teachers in the school are the main problems in the governmental school. Many school in villages don’t even have school building and the students are taught in open field.

Increasing the share of total annual budget in education, changing the educational curriculum to meet the demand of the present market, bringing the foreign experts for helping in designing syllabus, proper planning and estimation of future need and launching awareness programme about proper education system can be the viable ways for enhancing the educational status of the country rather then just increasing no of literate people.
